Refund & Shipping Policy

1. What you're buying

Cutiepage sells one-time access to a digital template. When you pay for a template, you get the right to publish one customised live page, two re-publishes to fix typos or tweak content, and one slug change. Everything is delivered instantly over the internet. There is no physical product, no shipment, and no tracking number.

2. Delivery

• Access is activated the moment Razorpay confirms your payment — usually within a few seconds. You'll land on a success page with your live link and a downloadable QR code.
• If for any reason the payment is captured but the success page isn't loading within five minutes, email us at bringcashhere@gmail.com with the payment reference and we'll unlock your access manually.
• There is no physical shipping. Any mention of "order" in your Razorpay receipts refers to the digital order ID used to track the transaction.

3. Refund eligibility

Because each template is delivered digitally and customised instantly, all sales are generally final. We do make exceptions in three situations:

We do not refund change-of-mind requests after a page has gone live, requests to "try a different template" after publishing, or requests made more than 14 days after purchase.

• Duplicate charge. If Razorpay charges you twice for the same project, we refund the duplicate in full.
• Payment captured but access not granted. If we are unable to deliver your live page within 24 hours of the captured payment and you prefer a refund to a fix, we refund in full.
• Broken template. If the template you paid for is clearly broken on delivery (major layout failure, unresponsive content), and we can't fix it within 48 hours of your report, we refund in full.

4. How to request a refund

Email us at bringcashhere@gmail.com from the address on your Cutiepage account with:

We reply within two working days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days via Razorpay.

• Your Razorpay payment ID (starts with pay_).
• The project name or live link you're writing about.
• A short description of what went wrong.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge directly with your bank without first contacting us, we may suspend the affected account while the dispute is open. Please talk to us first — almost all problems can be resolved faster with a short email than with a chargeback.
