Cutiepage is a digital service. Nothing ships in a box — and here's exactly how refunds work.
Cutiepage sells one-time access to a digital template. When you pay for a template, you get the right to publish one customised live page, two re-publishes to fix typos or tweak content, and one slug change. Everything is delivered instantly over the internet. There is no physical product, no shipment, and no tracking number.
Because each template is delivered digitally and customised instantly, all sales are generally final. We do make exceptions in three situations:
We do not refund change-of-mind requests after a page has gone live, requests to "try a different template" after publishing, or requests made more than 14 days after purchase.

We reply within two working days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days via Razorpay.
If you dispute a charge directly with your bank without first contacting us, we may suspend the affected account while the dispute is open. Please talk to us first — almost all problems can be resolved faster with a short email than with a chargeback.
